Qualification models

Qualification models represent the final step toward flight readiness, demonstrating full maturity of design, integration, and performance under mission-representative conditions. They are 1:1 equivalents of the flight model, subjected to advanced reliability testing that replicates the operational environment. Testing includes verification under mechanical loads, thermal cycling, radiation exposure, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), life-duration requirements, and other mission-specific conditions, all validated with appropriate safety factors. Each unit is prepared and tested to confirm reliable operation within defined operational and environmental limits. The qualification campaign is coordinated in close collaboration with accredited laboratories, supported by internal expertise in integration, functional validation, and test execution. This process ensures that every system achieves the necessary confidence and readiness for operational deployment.
